Refund and Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns Kashish Textile

  • No Return Policy Available Only Exchange 
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received. All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Email us at returns@kashishtextile.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions.
  • Packaging: Please securely pack the item in its original packaging, including any accessories, tags, or documentation.
  • Shipping: The return shipping address will be provided once the return is approved. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.

3. Exchange Policy

Kashish textile If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to availability and eligibility. If the desired item is not available, you may choose to return the original item and receive store credit or a refund as per our policy.


4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected for eligibility. If approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Payment Method: About Refunds with kashish textile will be made to the original payment method used during the purchase. If payment was made via credit/debit card, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • Store Credit: Alternatively, you may choose to receive a store credit instead of a refund. This credit can be used for future purchases on our website.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

In the rare case that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at returns@kashishtextile.com. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping charges, once the item is returned.


6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer-Initiated Returns: The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
  • Defective/Incorrect Items: If the return is due to a mistake on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the specified timeframe:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  • Contact your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
